The three doshas are known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Each and every Characteristics of these 3 Doshas will differ. Most of us will have one Dosha predominant. People with Pitta Dosha shows various signs and symptoms when there is an imbalance. Pitta is one of the dominant kind of Ayurvedic Body Types. These includes:- Rashes, Inflammatory skin conditions (including acne), Stomach aches, bowel disturbances like Diarrhea, Controlling and manipulative behavior, Visual problems or burning in the eyes, Excessive body heat, Hostility, irritability and Excessive competitive drive.

  • Try to keep your body cool by avoiding overexposure to direct sunlight
