This ancient medical science developed in India thousands of years ago and now used all over the world for curing diseases and improving health. The three doshas are known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Each and every Characteristics of these 3 Doshas will differ. Most of us will have one Dosha predominant. Few people found to have two Doshas approximately equal and even fewer will have all three Doshas in equal proportion. By identifying your dominant dosha, you can formulate a new way of living that balances your strengths and weaknesses with the nature.

Vata dosha is one of the most common Ayurvedic Body Types. They have trouble in weight gain and usually found slim. People with Vata dosha need to take care of signs and Symptoms of Imbalance like: dry-rough skin, Insomnia, Constipation, Fatigue, Headaches, Intolerance of cold, Underweight or losing weight, Anxiety, worry and restlessness. They prone to have Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder.

People with Pitta Dosha shows various signs and symptoms when there is an imbalance. Pitta is one of the dominant kind of Ayurvedic Body Types. These includes:- Rashes, Inflammatory skin conditions (including acne), Stomach aches, bowel disturbances like Diarrhea, Controlling and manipulative behavior, Visual problems or burning in the eyes, Excessive body heat, Hostility, irritability and Excessive competitive drive.

  • Try to keep your body cool by avoiding overexposure to direct sunlight
  • Avoid deep fried and spicy foods
  • Limit or Avoid alcohol and tobacco
  • Reduce chance of overworking, and overheating

  • May experience intolerance, and jealousy
